Project Management
At Wildwood Design we know construction and have spent almost 2-decades managing custom builds and renovations alike. When you hire us to manage your project, you are getting access to our design service and our experience in project management. We are able to offer you the highest level of service by adapting the design as the construction project goes along and making real time adjustments to ensure you the best design and home layout.

Trade Partners
We partner with Home Builders, General Contractors & and Independent Trades to manage the entire selections process. We work with the customer directly to make all finish selections in the timeline provided to us, followed by presenting a selection schedule to both the customer and the trade partner. Our role in your project is to take out the delay of waiting for selections, the confusion of what material selection goes where and the hassle of managing re-selects.

Holiday Decorating
Homeowners Services
We will come in design your Holiday dream Decor, purchase, set-up to start the season then come back to take-down at the end of the season. If you already love your existing Decor, we will work with what you already own and offer set-up and take-down services.
Short Term Rentals
No need to worry about anything, the Christmas Fairy handles it all! Our design team selects colors and holiday decor based on your rentals decor style, we work with you on the availability and preferred dates for install and take down based off your bookings. At the end of the season, we store the items. We offer 1 year, 3 year or 5 year memberships.
Frequently Asked Questions
“Is there a minimum?” – No, at Wildwood Design we don’t have a minimum service fee. We have found over the years that ever project is unique. We will price in accordance to the job requirements.
“Do you charge by the hour?” – No, we don’t. With almost 2 decades experience, we have a good understanding of the time requirements per project. We quote by the project so you know up front what the price for services will be.
“Will the price change after the quote is approved” – only if the scope of the project changes or changes are requested. What you can expect, if the scope of work changes, we communicate with a change order so the change is approved prior to any work being completed. With residential construction changes are normal and are to be expected. When you work with Wildwood Designs we pride ourselves with clear communication to ensuring you know exactly what your paying for.
“Are estimates free?” – Yes, we will provide you a service estimate for free. Any design ideas or plans though won’t be presented till we are hired for the job and an agreement is in place.
“Can we get a design prior to choosing to work with you?” – We offer A’ la carte services, so yes, if you wish to see design plans / concepts prior to hiring us to execute the design, we will charge for the design plan upfront.
“What type of Projects do you do?” – Residential construction is our specialty and that it what we stick to. Within the residential arena, we will review any project that needs a design eye.
“Do you take on all types of Design Projects?” – No, we don’t. There are times we are not the right fit for your project. When we meet with the customer to discuss the project needs and wants, if we don’t feel we’re a good fit, we will let you know.
“Who do you work with?” – We service home owners, property management companies, custom home builders, and local renovators.
“How much involvement will I have as the homeowner?” – That is 100% up to each customer. When you work with Wildwood Design, we are prepared to handle all the details. We have some customers who approve the design concept up front and just want to come back when it’s done and want us to make decisions on their behalf. While other clients like to be more involved where we meet at the job frequently and we present options to the client to decided on all selections. When we meet each client this is apart of the conversation, what involvement would you like to have.
